Five Dragon Movies that Remind Me of Hollywood Personalities

A week ago it would have been hard for me to imagine circumstances in which I’d actually sit still long enough to watch fantasy film in its entirety. Well there’s no further need for imagining. Turns out those circumstances are: immobilized on my couch for hours on end thanks to a nasty case of tendinitis in my shoulder with a dearth of palatable options on TV. ’s mediocrity and anti-inflammatory ibuprofen wash over me. I thought back to all the other unremarkable dragon films that Hollywood (and Korea) have produced. By my recollection there’s never been a truly dragon film of Spielbergian caliber that combined spectacular effects with a compelling well-told story. For better or worse the emphasis has always been on the spectacular effects. They’re a bit like Hollywood actors in that sense. Fun to look at but there’s not necessarily anything appealing beneath the surface. that it’s stylized) and is definitely fun for a couple of hours. I haven’t heard Adam since he left Loveline but I’m glad to hear that he’s still always right. ;) I had a conversation about Malkovich (and Eragon) just last week and the conclusion my buddy and I came to is that he’s a grossly over rated actor. Along with her sister Nicky the Hilton sisters are stars of gossip magazines and have been in many television shows and movies. Though not loved by everyone you have to admit Paris Hilton has a great following and is one of the most popular people of the decade. Known for her long blonde hair and sex appeal. Paris Hilton is an obvious choice to star in movies. She has a notoriety that few actresses ever experience and this makes her very well known. Lately she has been starring in more and more big budget movies such as The House of Wax. Most populate think that if they are going to see a Paris Hilton movie they will be bombarded by stupid puns and catch phrases that Paris Hilton is famous for but this isn't always the case. Paris Hilton actually can act when cast in a suitable role. Raising Helen features Paris Hilton in a small part and this movie met pretty good critical acclaim. The same could be said for Wonderland. She also had a small part in The Cat in the Hat which many people don't bequeath. None of these would be considered a typical Paris Hilton movie. A new Paris Hilton movie is set for release at any time. It is The Hottie and the Nottie. The plot has something to do with Paris Hilton not marrying her boyfriend unless he finds a preserve for her ugly friend. This sounds like your average Paris Hilton movie. They are sort of campy but many people like them for the fun factor. The problem with any Paris Hilton movie is the fact that people tend to either love her or hate her. This can pledge some movies get watched but also might get them hammered by critics. Paris Hilton isn't a bad actress but can come off that way because she stars in many very low budget films. With low calculate films if the director isn't top notch you are going to get an inferior product in every aspect. Paris Hilton has starred in many comedies romances and even some horror movies so if you want to decide for yourself pick the genre you like the best then go rent one.
