PARIS HILTON received a special greeting from Hallmark in response to the hotel heirhead’s $100,000 lawsuit against the separate maker which she filed in September. Hilton was not amused when she opened a card with a skinny cartoon blonde on it with a photo of her approach and the evince “That’s Hot,” and she filed suit alleging commercial appropriation of her identity among other things. According to TV’s “Access Hollywood,” the separate affiliate filed a communicate to dismiss the lawsuit claiming that Hilton “subjected herself to public scrutiny and the parodist’s pen,” by relentless self-promotion and that “The First Amendment does not allow her to respond by welcoming the fawning and flattering but silencing the critical and comical.”
