A) An Arabic wordsearch. I am now addicted. I need to be doing more things to engage my brain. Like the mega-5-sudokus I like (I don't like the regular ones - the larger ones are better suited to ADHD) or crosswords or Arabic wordsearches. I also listened to one of the trippiest/most disturbing audio clips I have ever heard in my life. It was of children singing the Arabic alphabet but I was supremely alarmed. I now know the entire Arabic alphabet. B) I just got back from a Free the Children meeting/get-together; the plan was to watch 'It Takes A Child,' Craig Kielburger's little movie thinger but the technology gods were not on our side so we only got to watch about 3/4 of it. It was amazing honestly; I'm always nervous about showing up to things by myself but I honestly should not have worried. I feel like I just went somewhere made friends and came back. It was awesome. One of the girls is going to apply to come to Kenya! I'm so happy so many people I know are interested in the Kenya trip and whatnot. It was really incredible and we're probably just going to get together and watch it at someone's house sometime. I have some sad news. I was informed that Craig just got married. I... I honestly don't even know how to react. I am shaken. To my core. I thought the world understood that HE WAS MINE. However. I'm not sure if it's true because Yahoo answers (yes I'm a loser) tells me he is still single. We shall see. C) I watched last week's episode of ER. It was so well-done; honestly. I love this show. It's so well-written and each episode seems new and the acting is marvellous. Honestly when Abby started tango-dancing with Frank I nearly squeed with happiness it was just such a perfect scene. Though I swear to God. Abby was high this episode. Literally HIGH. I mean. Neela asked her "are you high," and I literally think she was it was hilarious. D) I had several hilarious conversations with my friends because there's been an influx of people photoshopping themselves into photos with Jon Stewart/Stephen Colbert and much hilarity resulted. It culminated with me telling Jeremy I was the boss of him. "Always have been. I just rule you with a passive aggressive manner so you never notice. I call it ruling with a Soybean Fist."E) I got some new music. I love the song I'm currently listening to it is so awesome. I am also currently obsessed with:"Chains," by Ingrid Michaelson"Everyday People," by Sly and the Family Stone"Time of Times," by Badly-Drawn Boy (the hyphen is all me)"Aicha," by Khaled"My Baby Loves A Bunch Of Authors," by Moxy Fruvous (hilarious)"You Got Yr Cherry Bomb," by Spoon"Soul Man," by Sam & Dave-----------------DID YOU KNOW?--There is a new television show called 'Canada's Worst Driver.' Honestly my jaw hung open. What. The. Hell. Has television really got this bad? What kind of idiots actually WATCH this show? And ENJOY it? I kind of despair of the human race a little bit every time I see ads for either this or that 'Paris Hilton BFF' show - not to be hating on Paris Hilton but just because in the 10 second ad I manage to get enraged on behalf of womankind.
